The Neurologist reviews the patient's medical history, conducts a neurological examination, and my have brain studies done to rule out contributing causes or conditions effecting the patient's memory. This information is combined with the Neuropsychological Assessment as a means of arriving at a correct diagnosis and a treatment plan.
